What is your availability?
I have very flexible availability. Majority of my general sessions are either weekday afternoons or weekends. Weddings and other large events will need to be booked in advance.
Is the retainer included in the pricing?
Yes it is!
Is the retainer refundable?
No the retainer is not refundable. This is to ensure that the date that I reserved for bookings is lucrative for me as a business. I do offer rescheduling for timely cancellations.
Do you offer prints?
I only offer canvas prints at this time.
Since I am not offering prints on my pricing sheets, I can place and pick up the order for you at Colorfast in Lafayette, LA!
When will I receive my gallery?
My turn around time is anywhere from 2-4 weeks for regular shoots depending on the size of the gallery and the time of the session. During peak photography season (July-December) I have a larger volume of clients and that means I have more galleries than normal to complete. Wedding Galleries are listed in the contract as 8-12 week turnaround.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand things happen that are out of our control sometimes. I offer 1 reschedule after the 1st cancellation if I receive a notice of cancellation no later than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. If the cancellation happens out of that time frame or client is a no-show, a new retainer will be required for the next booking.
How long will I have access to the link containing images?
A client has 3 days from receiving their gallery to save and disperse photos at their discretion. After 3 days, photos are saved to an external hard drive and at the request of the client, can be downloaded to an SD card and mailed to the client for a $30 fee. Photos are stored on the external hard drive, however, it is the clients responsibility to save/print photos ina timely manner.
Do you disperse the "raw" or "unedited" images?
No I do not. The purpose of paying a photographer is to receive professionally edited photos. I take a lot of pride in my work and I am uncomfortable giving clients unfinished artwork.
